About Greenacres

Greenacres is a spectacular 6-bedroom period home in Disley, Peak District. This 5-star property sits in a quiet part of the village with jaw-dropping views across the valley to Lyme Park. After a day exploring, sink into the hot tub with a glass of something cold. You've earned it.

The accommodation is massive. Six bedrooms sleep 12 people comfortably - one four-poster super-king (sexy!), one king-size, two doubles and two twin rooms with 2'6" singles. Three bathrooms (one en-suite) all have underfloor heating. Downstairs features a main lounge with wood burner, garden room with TV, games room with pool table and a library hall when you need some peace.

Nearby attractions include National Trust's Lyme Park (2 miles, 5 minutes) with its grand house and deer park. Manchester city centre (14 miles, 35 minutes) offers shopping and nightlife. We celebrated my mums 70th at Greenacres and it was perfect for all age groups. The older ladies chilled looking at the spectacular views whilst the children and parents walked for miles then chilled in hot tub. Our favourite areas was the conservatory and middle lounge. Fantastic cottage. Loads of room. Very Friendly hosts. Hot tub was lovely. Short walk to Lyme park which great for walking the dog and great views. Other than walking the dogs we didn't venture out as didn't need to. We went as two families of 5, property ideal for this but would also suit other group set ups.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is stunning, the location is superb, on a quiet road just on the edge of the village. The views from the house are breathtaking, something you would never get bored of looking at.
